Fibre Sheets

Fibre Sheets are manufactured by reinforcing Un-Saturated Polyester Resin with Glass to obtain exceptional mechanical, thermal and electrical properties.

Glass Fibre imparts mechanical properties to the Sheets, whereas Resin determines its overall resistance to chemical corrosion, environmental de-gradation and wear ant tear.   

Fibre Sheets are mechanically strong, light weight, impact resistant, practically unbreakable and storm and weather proof. In addition these can be made anti-corrosive and fire resistant, if need be.


Fibre Sheets act as good insulation material, exhibit low levels of electrical conductivity and exhibit a high temperature resistance of up to 110 Degree Celsius.

Fibre Sheets are provided with a protective coating on both sides to guard against the degenerating effect of harmful U.V. Rays of sunlight. These Sheets are therefore longer lasting as compared to ordinary sheets for roofing and wall cladding applications.

Fibre Sheets can be opaque or are can be made largely transparent allowing natural light to pass through them to provide limited illumination to help save on precious power meant for lighting purposes.

Fibre Sheets serve as superior substitutes for ordinary Plastic, Metallic and Asbestos Sheets for natural day lighting and are highly durable. In fact these offer good value for money in the long term.   

Today, Fibre Sheets are being widely used in Industrial Sheds, Warehouses, Commercial Buildings such as Hotels, Shopping Malls, Multiplexes etc. and Infrastructure Facilities such as Railway Stations, Airports, Ports, Metros and Flyovers for natural sky lighting.

Fibre Sheets offer an unsurpassed designing freedom and can be Plain or can be manufactured in a wide range of Corrugations and Profiles as per customer requirements.

A unique feature of Fibre Sheets is light diffusion. Unlike conventional Roofing Material such as Acrylic and Polycarbonate, Fibre Sheets help avoid a direct glare of sunlight and provide diffused lighting in the place of their installation. Fibre Sheets therefore help create a congenial and healthy work environment. In fact the Light Transmission Level of F.R.P.  Sheets can be varied from as low as 35% to as high as 90%, depending on the proposed application and purpose of use.
